Lisa<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5feacbd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5feacbd\" left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">My dream has always been to be a performer and to have a career doing what I love most in life.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I started performing at the tender age of 3 years and attended weekly dance, drama and singing classes in North Wales. During this time I took all my dance exams, up to and including Advanced level. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This prepared and enabled me to continue my dance training at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, where I gained my A.I.S.T.D Teaching Qualifications.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After completing my vocational training in London, I would eagerly read The Stage, a British weekly newspaper covering the entertainment industry. Whilst searching for auditions and professional jobs, I came across an advert looking for a new pop group, STEPS. I successfully auditioned and became a member of the group.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Johnny and I met back in 1999 when working together on the very first Steps tour. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Both of us are professional singers and dancers, so we have always dreamed of owning our <\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Performing Arts school. We dreamed of providing a professional standard of technical classes, along with regular opportunities to perform in theatre and professional events and shows.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span>We are very passionate about the training we offer at DPA and nurturing our students\u2019 talents and skills. We feel proud daily when we enter our DPA studios or watch our students perform. We see the same hunger and passion in the eyes of our students. We love being able to pass on our experience and knowledge of the industry we actively work in and love. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We are thrilled to be able to offer our students multiple genres and classes covering all aspects of training, in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
